Stock samples are ready within 2 days. Customized samples take approximately 7 days. For bulk orders, the general lead time is 30 days, depending on quantity and specific requirements.
3. What are the accepted payment terms?
We accept bank transfers for large orders and PayPal or Western Union for small orders or samples. Standard terms are 30% deposit with the 70% balance due before shipment.
4. How is product quality controlled?
Our QC team performs in-line and final inspections for every product based on AQL standards. A detailed inspection report is provided for approval before shipping.
