What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
There is no MOQ for the first sample order. Small quantities are acceptable with our neutral packing. For customized logo and packaging, the MOQ is typically 1,000 pcs per color.

Yes, we are a direct manufacturer with our own mold and plastic injection workshop. Our professional LED team can design and develop products based on your specific requirements.
What is the typical delivery lead time?
For regular neutral products, delivery is about 15-20 days. For customized orders with specific branding and packaging, the lead time is approximately 25-30 days.
What shipping methods are available?
Small orders can be shipped via express (DHL, UPS, FedEx) or air, taking 10-15 days. Official bulk orders are usually shipped by sea, which takes 35-50 days depending on the destination.
What are the accepted payment terms?
We accept T/T, Western Union, and Money Gram. For orders over USD 5,000, a 30% deposit is required to start production, with the remaining 70% paid before delivery.
Does the lamp come with a charging adapter?
The standard version includes a USB cable. It can be charged using any standard phone adapter or our optional multi-port USB charging stations for convenience.
