What is the MOQ and Price Term?
No MOQ for the 1st sample order. Small quantities are acceptable with neutral packing (EXW prices). For orders over 1000-2000 pcs, FOB terms apply.
Can you provide customized designs and logos?
Yes, we are a direct manufacturer with our own mold workshop. We can design and develop based on your requirements. Custom logos and packing require an MOQ of 1000 pcs per color.
What is the standard delivery time?
For neutral products, delivery is 15-20 days. For customized orders with private labels and packing, delivery is approximately 25-30 days.
How are the goods shipped?
Small orders are shipped via express (DHL, UPS, FedEx) taking 10-15 days. Official bulk orders are usually shipped by sea, taking 35-50 days depending on the destination.
What are the payment terms?
We accept T/T, Western Union, and Money Gram. For orders over USD 5000, a 30% deposit is required; for orders under USD 5000, full payment is recommended to save on bank charges.
Is the light color temperature adjustable?
Standard models come with 2700K Warm White, but customization for different color temperatures is available upon request.
